Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for bookings once payment has been made.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All reschedules made within 24 hours of your booking will result in a forfeited deposit.

 

Exceptions

In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation.

 

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Confirmation

Upon rescheduling, you will receive confirmation of your new appointment date and time. Please ensure to keep this confirmation for your records.
